Fairlight-CMI

This sounds very cool! Would it also be possible to control the CMI 
through the USB connection? 

I sure don't like poking around the innards of my machine (yep, for 
collectors value). And I'm supposed to be electro-technical 
engineer. ;-)

I also don't think 760 is to much considering the value of the CMI 
itself.
