Here is a link to a message about the monitor: http://launch.groups.yahoo.com/group/Fairlight-CMI/message/3555
As far as I remember, a Philips M38-327GH is what you would need. This is
confirmed in the message I mentioned above. Once you have the replacement tube,
just goto a tech that repairs tv's and stuff.

Subject: [Fairlight-CMI] llx CRT Monitor
Hi Guys
I was wondering if anyone out there can replace the CRT on the
llx Monitor? I am in the USA.
My llx is wonderful - but the screen has
started to bubble at the edges and it would be so nice to have it all as good as
possible. I have seen threads on here (Sadly I could not find them) re doing
this and I believe the tubes are still available.
But basically I have 2 left
thumbs when it comes to this - so if anyone knows of someone who has done this
or if anyone is willing to do this (for a fee of course)I would love hear from
them (you).
Please email me at hjsmkv@mac.com
Thank
you...
