Well, since I bungled , hugely, with a misdirected email ( apologies to all concerned) I might as well say that what I won't be messing up are the replacement hinges I'm working on...:)

Everyone know what a drag it is when a front panel hinge breaks, so I'm working on prototypes of replacements ones, experimenting with metal, and with ABS plastic, with color and function matched to the originals, but a simplified design, versus something very close to the original in appearance 

Reasonably priced.

I would appreciate any input or interest anyone would care to share here or offline
