I had the analog XLR sample inputs stop working in my SIII and after checking the board, pushed down on the socketed IC's and that resolved it. Its worked perfectly ever since. 

Not sure if it helps but it might be worth a try.

Ask Stephan Schällman, he had the same problem 
earlier. I don´t think he resolved it.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
