Fairlight IIx Modifications/Modernizations

While I'm at it (lloking for a IIx, that is), I was reading various threads and forums (primarily Greg Holmes's page), and I saw bits and pieces of Peter Wielk's attempts to mdoernize the IIx by adding the ability to use harddrives, 3.5" floppy drives, flat panel monitors (retaining the use of the light pen as well). Is anyone able to summarize the state of these projects? Are they all possible yet?
