CMI 2X Q-077 card wanted to buy or hire

Hi , Someone out there must have the Q-077 card for the Fairlight CMI 2X. As you know this card allows the 2X to interface with a Seagate ST506 interface Hard drive. I have the hard drive controller card and the actual drive, I simply need the Q-077 card to make this all work ! I would appreciate the opportunity to buy or hire this card.
