osx fairlight pics

i've uploaded a series of images of V1 to the board. Please let me know if i'm overstepping the group as they are not actually of a fairlight?

In answer to the previous posts. Wave does not actually emulate a fairlight, but plays back the fairlight samples.
Currently there is no filter being used, but this can be added at a later stage

V1 has no provision of envelopes, etc and so can be thought of as a simple playback system

V2 has a completely new engine that has full lfo/envelope shaping plus wavetable features the same as mode1/mode 4 of the fairlight

Again there is no filter emulation

I can up V1 if people want to look at it, but be aware that it is just a proof of concept and only allows wav saving and not song saving.

Will this have the Fairlight samples built in? I guess that was one thing I was trying to ask with my first post in this discussion.

The best way would be supply it as the app without samples as this means i'm not treading on anyones toes (FairlightAU) regarding ownership.

There are a number of samples placed into the public domain from FairlightUS
They cover both series IIx and series III.

Series II are 16k in size and 8bit
Series III are (sort of 32k all sorts of sizes and 16bit

I believe that the series II library is now public domain, but I would need to reference Peter directly to see about this one.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
