IIx to III file conversion questions

I just had my Iix library shipped to me and I'm going to try to convert some of my custom sounds to the Series III.
Just to confirm - is there any way to use the Iix .IN files and convert them to Series III? Or IIx .CO files?
It would be great to be able to convert the instrument files as easily as the .RS and .VC files, but I don't see if it's possible.
