Another vote for ABCFAB on eBay. I wish they had more thin and single sided boards, but they seem to have more than anyone else. If you have a local surplus dealer, you can probably get an assortment of DS cut-offs from large panels at about $0.02/in^2, but finding single-sided material is quite a pain.
