The only single-sided material i have is 0.5mm or maybe 1mm. As you say it just isn't used so much in PCB shops. I think there should be large amounts of "cheap" phenolic boards around, single sided, like used in cheap televisions and lotsa other stuff. But maybe those mass producers are so efficient they do not leave cutoffs ;-) ST
