Google gave an advisory warning, and that complicated URL just goes to some site advertising viagra.

It does more than that. After displaying the image it will attempt to 
exploit vulnerabilities in older versions of browser plugins for Adobe 
Acrobat Reader and Flash, most likely to install malware on your 
computer.
