RE: [Logic_Cafe] hello

2006-08-13 by Kristian Weston

No I don't agree it is best at what it does.

The only thing it does that is different from all the other sequencers
around is the environment.

But the environment is seriously lacking in several regards the last time I
looked.

I can do what I used the environment for much easier in something else.

Can you tell me what has changed since I last bothered looking ?

That will be 7.1 ?

Gotta watch them pills. ; ). Im not sure what you mean by the
screen was to dark, but you can set up all the custom colors you
want for tracks windows etc. I went crazy with it for a while and
have calmed down.. a little. One of the greatest things about logic
is its ability to be set it up in the way that you work best, then
save that as an autoload so it opens as your setup every time. The
other major advance with 7 over version 6 is that all the logic
virtual instruments come with it ( pro version) and there are a lot
of them. See the apple site. If you are doing dance electronica etc.
the Ultrabeat drum synth and the ESX24 sampler are awesome. I say
that as I looked at your website. Remixing with apple loops works
killer and you can use Reason software with rewire in Logic as well.
These are all new or improved since version 6. Give it another try if
you can on a New Mac and I think you will agree its the best at what
it does.
