crappy media? who makes shit for memorex these days? CMC?  stay away,
memorex is a junk brand, they don't make anything themselves, like most. and
some media is only good written at certain speeds. start with only Made in
Japan media like Taiyo Yuden and some Maxell, then try Verbatim--at the
recommended speed. But for anything important stick with made in japan
media.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
