Re: [Logic_Cafe] Pioneer DVR 109 (G5 Super Drive)

2007-02-24 by klapton

I have a DVR 109 in my PC and have trouble with a lot of DVD media.
Most recently, it won't give good burns on Memorex 16x DVD-R discs, no
matter what speed I burn at. Same media works perfect at 12x in my
MacBook Pro. Time to toss out the DVR 109 and get another burner.

I happen to have a DVR 108 in a PC at home which also have problems with this particular "no name" brand. I also have a ASUS laptop which burns the DVDs without any problems so it's no because the DVDs simple don't work.
