This is how I'm interpreting it as well at this point. I also reckon  
you will need the paid UAD-1 plugins authorised on both cards and  
because they'll be in separate machines this will mean paying for  
them twice. Just to be clear this is only my speculation but I would  
take a small bet on this being the case.
