Apple Logic Pro /LogicExpress Discussion

I'm not sure what to tell you about that problem, it sounds odd.  I did think the sound quality coming directly out of the mac (MacBook Pro) was excellent.

At home, I use a firewire interface (Traveler).  If that is hooked up, then the Mac outputs go to the Traveler and sound comes from it.  If the Traveler is not hooked up, the Mac will play out of its own speakers unless I plug in headphones or a 1/8" jack that goes to an amp as I described before.  The Mac never has any difficulty switching between these two scenarios, no clicking as you describe.
