Apple Logic Pro /LogicExpress Discussion

I have some recorded live tracks I wish to orchestrate.  I know that I could simply start adding software instrument tracks, but I may eventually want to print these out.. possibly by exporting to Finale, which I don't yet own.

The issue is these rock tracks were not played to a click, so I know they're gonna drift.

Is there a feature such as tap tempo (found in MOTU Performer) in Logic?  I will need to be able to define the bars and beats all the way through each of these songs.
