Apple Logic Pro /LogicExpress Discussion

Hi group,
I have a stange thing happening and I am wondering if anyone can
help. It seems that randomly certain regions in my arrangement
stop sounding. If I click the notes in Matrix or Score they sound
but if I play the sequence the region doesn't play.
No matter which track I drag it to it doesn't play.  This seems random
but i bet I am doing something.
Anyone have a possible answer to this annoying problem.

Thats not quite how it is. What happens when Sound Diver and Logic are 
opened at the same time, your MIDI regions get transposed. They dont 
stop playing or get permanently screwed up. They simply transpose 
themselves. You dont have to create a brand new file, you just have to 
close Logic, log out and log back in and next time dont open Sound Diver 
unless its by itself.

Same here with the AMT8 hehe. Sounds like something else wierd going on 
if the MIDI doesnt sound at all maybe a corrupted songfile. I often 
forget to close Logic before opening SD and its been pretty consistant 
with just the transpose bug.. Of course for the most part I usually 
notice it pretty quick when my song starts playing back screwy and I 
dont go too much into it after that before shutting it down and firing 
it back up hehe..

Hey Guys,
Thanks for your tips.
I think my problem was this:
I had had some hidden tracks soloed.
I guess when I was looking to show more tracks I soloed some then when I hid them I 
didn't realize they were soloed.
At least that fixed my problem this time. I'll see if this was only the problem as the days 
progress.
Thanks for your input. At least now I learned a little about Sound Diver.

Doesnt the timeline at the top turn yellow when somethings soloed?? At 
least if youre in the arrange window I know it does. Maybe it doesnt 
when its a hidden track though.. Ill have to go check that out hehe.

Oh haha! So this is the S key solo then like when you click on a single 
region and hit M to mute it by itself?? Now I think I get it hehehe.
