Apple Logic Pro /LogicExpress Discussion

There is one little annoyance I experience daily with Logic. I can't access 
the loop tool until I zoom in sufficiently large. Is there any way to get the 
cursor to change to that "loop" cursor so you can specify the number of 
repetitions, without zooming vertically, and then scrolling? I wish there was a loop 
tool in the contextual menu (right click). [I know there is a command to 
repeat a region x number of times, but I often change the number of iterations.]
