Yep, Water Wetter, made by Redline Oil. www.redlineoil.com Good stuff, even when used with "anti-freeze". It works best if mixed only with water but does an admirable job with a mix of anti- freeze also. Better than just water/antifreeze mix. Up to 20 degrees (F) cooler I believe.
