Re: [MarcosManiacs] What is happening to this group

2014-03-13 by Mike Sullivan

Some of us are lucky enough that we dont' need to do anything but keep up with those that do....since I have a 3.5 EFI Flapper that runs perfect (fingers crossed) all I can think of is a rising rate fuel pressure regulator at a cost of about $130 with gage. Does anyone know whether or not this is worth the money?

BTW the Facebook site is pretty good with lots of posting....

One thing that cannot hurt are the new alloy cylinder heads, a little expensive at around $900.00
SCAT now makes new cranks too.
If cost is no object new upgraded 711M blocks are available from Ford Motorsport distributors.

What I find a bit perplexing is that prices seem to be the same in $ and £ depending on which side of the pond you are.
Since the exchange rate is around 1.7-1 it would seem there should more discrepancy.
Of course the best selection of parts are in the U.K.
I'm already wincing at the anticipated cost of a new windscreen and shipping.
