Re: [PLAN_B_analog_blog] Re: Model 9 routing

Well, the module was plugged in correctly, and while (sorry guys) I know from experience that a malfunctioning module can get by the AH testing (they canR17;t test everything...), in this particular case it was an egregious case of dumb user error, whose dumbness is accentuated b

It sounds to me like there is no power being applied to the module. Not trying to sound like a smart ass, but that's what it seems is happening. The Atten. output will do it's job whether the module is under power or not. It's a passive attenuator that uses the ground from the pa

Really trying out this module for the first time tonight, and I’m not sure about how the routing works – assuming user error at first, rather than module error.... I have a signal plugged into ch. 1 input. This will play out the ch 1 output. However, what I can’t figure out is ho

Looking at the pic in the photos section again, Jari, you're right. I had noted the "motivity input port" next to it in the photo, and also seeing the narrower knob caps on the sequencer, assumed the motivity port was standard height, and the sequencer had been squashed up to mak

Re:Mounting Holes mis-drilled on M11s?

I had a mounting hole problem with several of my Plan B modules and after speaking with Peter, apparently it was a problem with the panel cutting, not the hole drilling. They measure a certain distance in from the edge of the panel to drill the hole, so if the panel is not perfec

Skip step is (mainly) great fun to play with, that in itself makes it a worthwhile inclusion, I think. It's a good performance control, a way to add some variety to a sequenced part which might otherwise get a little monotonous. Also, one can divide a 16-step sequencer into 2 8-s
