I'm generally Mac oriented but I've done some Windows server work in the past. Have you tried restarting the spooler service? Also, you might try reinstalling the printer that is having this issue. Reboot, Check spooler service or Uninstall printer, reboot, reinstall printer, reboot, try printing.
