QTR-Quadtone RIP

I'm printing with Epson 4800 and the allowable printing area has .12 on three sides(top, left and right) and .56 on the bottom.

The boarder on either side of the 6 inch side is 1.25 and 1.125 on either side of the 8.75. In LR, no problem, but through QTR is there a way to get the same result?
