QTR-Quadtone RIP

I'm on a PC(Win7-64) and printing through QTR. Unlike Mac systems, LR doesn't see QTR so I am unable to print from it.  QTR doesn't recognise boarderless printing so printing on a 17 x 22(on an Epson 4800) sheet will yield a printable area 16.75 x 21.32.
