Re: QTR new version issue?

2012-11-03 by glemasurier

Thanks for this info, Roy. I never print borderless. I'm trying to print a 10x15 image on 13x19 paper.

I have been using "paper sizes" pull-down menu that comes up when I select "print" (command-P), then select "print settings."

Should I be selecting paper size another way for QTR?

Not sure what you mean by "don't use Photoshop?" How else would I access QTR? I don't understand how I would set up QTR through TExtedit or Preview?

It feels like I'm missing something. I have always opened an image in PS, selected print, and selected QTR in the first dialog box, then print settings, then QuadtoneRIP in the next dialog box from the pull down menu, and then selected the curves, etc., that I wanted.

Is there another workflow?

thanks,
G
