Ward, You're a life saver! I followed your suggestions. The first, the "Safe Mode" ploy, did not work. But the second did. I uninstalled something called "Antilogger SDK version 1.4.6.63" from Zemana Ltd.. which apparently didn't like the QTRgui. Now QTRgui works. Funny thing is, I never loaded this software and I notice on the internet that you have to pay for it and I certainly never did that. Thanks again! Eric (efisha39)
