The Epson 3880 and 4900 are both 17-inch printers: the 3880 uses 9 inks and the 4900 uses 11 inks.

For QTR in general and Eboni inks in particular, is there any advantage to the 4900 ? For example, resolution ?

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
