Hi all, Thank you for this software Roy!!!! I've spent a full day yesterday Sunday trying to get my head around how the print engine in Apple Aperture works with roll printing... - Conclusion, it doesn't, there's no way to get a correct and consecutive result doing this in Apple Aperture, and after spending some serious time with google I ended up buying the QTR Print Tool. So if anyone out there is wasting enormous amounts of roll paper and getting insane by the minute, give it up, it doesn't work, but you'll find relief in the QTR Print Tool, this works like a charm and finally for the first time since I got my 7600 (2 weeks ago) I've been able to do a print where I only had to cut one side in the end, all the other margins were respected and perfect, as it should be! For me there's no return, and I'm very happy to have found this little gem. Disclaimer, I'm not working for or in any way affiliated with Roy, I have tried his Quadtone RIP for my black and white inkset (MIS UT-14), and stumbled over QTR Print Tool on this forum, and it really saved me yesterday, so I felt today that I had to get the word out there for all other frustrated Apple Aperture users. For me now, next thing is to seriously start to look for alternatives to Aperture, not that I am not happy with it's features for editing etc. but this really took the spirit out of me, one of the most important things you need in a photo workflow software, printing, and it is totally broken, not a good sign!! Have a great week fellah print-masters!!
