Hmm, from your description, it sounds like you may have gotten some bad
paper. Did the problem crop up in the middle of a package of the RR paper
or with a new package? Do you have another package to try? Are you sure
you're printing on the right side of the sheet (IIRC, some of their papers
are coated for use on both sides, but others are not.)

While I don't know which RR paper you're using, I've printed a couple
hundred sheets of RR Aurora Art Natural; I've not had this sort of problem
and like the paper a lot.
