I addressed this just a few days ago, though it may have been on the printing list. Uninstall everything QTR. Printers, folders, the works. Restart your Mac with the Shift key held down so no extensions or startups load. Reinstall everything QTR and your new curves. I haven't tracked down the problem. I thought it was TypeIt4Me, but unless it is intermittent, that was not the problem. Installing with extensions off is a nuisance, but not a big one.
