Looks like you're trying to follow the Mac instructions. On a PC, Lightroom and Photoshop cannot print through QTR. You need to use qtrgui to print. It should have been included with the Windows download, I think, but if you haven't got a copy of it, you can download it from http://www.sbillard.org/pages/QTRgui. You need Tom Moore's guide from the original QTR download page, which covers use on a PC.

The Interface loads fine and my Epson 3800 is recognised, however I can't seem to get Photoshop or Lightroom to find the the newly created Quad3800 printer. Could someone point me in the right direction as to how Photoshop CC and LR 5.3 'find' the Quad3800.
