Thanks Mike, yes you are spot on I've realised that now.  I have the GUI fine so I'll progress from there.  I also have tom's guide thank you.  Looks like another reason to get a Mac.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
