Thanks for the replies.
I figured I could not invert the test file once I tried it in Photoshop. As far as flipping it, I wanted the lettering and numbers reading correctly once contact printed on my gum test. In any case, I printed the test and I am now waiting for it to dry. Hope to have time tomorrow to contact print the test, see the results and start with the step wedge calibration.
