CMYK color separation to print in Black on clear film for positive

Is CMYK color separation to print in Black on clear film for making positive for exposing Plate/ Screen is possible with QTR ? Or is it just for converting a full color image file to print better B & W on an Epson machine ?

I am looking a solution for the former: Printing positive on Epson using QTR.

Please enlighten....
