Jeff, When I had this problem a week ago, I had been making new profiles for my 3880. BTW I'm on a Mac. The last profile I installed had a problem and that caused QTR to not work. The solution was to delete the quad 3880 printer and also delete the .txt file and the corresponding .quad file for the last profile I tried to install. Then I went to the profile folder, then the quad 3880-UC folder, then click on install 3880.command. That procedure solved my problem, the quad printer was installed again, and QTR worked through Print Tool like before.
