Walter and Roy,

Finally figured it all out. I was looking in user/library/printer instead of system/library/printer. Once I deleted the QTR folder as well as the printer from System Preferences, and then reinstalled QTR, everything was right as rain. Thanks!

Bill

Delete /Library/Printers/qtr (the entire folder), re-name curve to a smaller name, delete printer, reinstall QTR, and re-add printer.

Roy,

Thanks for your response.

I've deleted the .quad file (or at least I think I have) as you suggested as well as the printer from User/System Preferences/Printers & Scanners. The problem is still there. QTR is still trying to load curves that I deleted, including the one that I think is the bad curve file. When I delete the printer, delete QTR 2.7.7 and reinstall, the bad curve file still shows up when I run the Install3800.command. Here's what I get. The suspected bad curve file is named Pd_KK_3800-UCpK-OHP_new-ziatype-arches-01

On top of it all, QuadRIP no longer shows up in User/System Preferences/Printers & Scanners. Do you have any idea where this file might be hidden so I can delete it? I suspect it's somewhere in the Library but no amount of searching has found it.

Thanks in advance. btw, I love QTR, especially when it's working properly! ;-)
