Hi Sal, I hate to say it but I suspect user error. Last year, I was very frustrated with a similar problem. Spent a lot of time trying to clean my Epson 2200 and used too much expensive paper. Happened to stop by my favorite photo store and was told the default cause is using the wrong side of the paper. Damned if he wasn’t right! I was using Canson paper which doesn’t look too different on either side. To confirm this I put a drop of water on the side I had originally used. It just sat there. Going to the other[correct side] side the drop absorbed instantly. My print also worked beautifully. The ink doesn't seem to be drying and is still smudging even after drying overnight. Am I missing a step? I have glossy paper selected as my media type and the profile I have selected QTR RGB Photo Paper. Any help appreciated! thanks, Sal
