Hi Sal,

What Arnold said about being sure you are using the correct side of the paper is a good suggestion. If that is not it, The next thing would be to be sure the printer is using Photo Black, not Matte Black. It should do this automatically since you have chosen a media type that requires it, but I’m not sure about this particular printer.
