Thanks Howard. When you say the fault button
is that the ones with sheet of paper symbol? When mine jams or when the
paper goes all the way through the power and paper lights blink.

the fault button and 95% of the time it works. The other 5% I cancel the
print in windows print manager and re run it. I would say this happens
20% of the tiome with A4 & 80% with A3 images.
