First, as mentioned in an earlier message, if the actual media size is smaller than the custom size, including margins, the print will default to print an image smaller than the one in the Print Tool window. This can happen with both roll media and with sheet film.
Second, in printing sheet OHP media the printer will often not center the sheet correctly, even when everything is set correctly (at least so far as I can see) in Print Tool. I see this with both letter size OHP as well as 11X17 and 13X19 sheets. I never have this kind of problem with roll media.
