QTR-Quadtone RIP

I'm looking for guidance about setting up Quad Tone RIP to drive my new 
Epson SureColor P800 printer. I intend to use the standard Epson ink.

I have QTRgui 2.7.0.0 and QTR 2.7.2 installed on my Windows 7 64bit 
computer, set up to work with my previous Epson R2400 printer.

I have downloaded the QTR_Setup_2.7.8.EXE file -- can I simply run that 
setup file, or should I remove the old QTR installation first?

Are there any hazards I should be aware of?

(And I'd like to take this moment to thank Roy Harrington for his work 
on QTR -- I've been a happy user since the days of the Epson 1160).
