QTR-Quadtone RIP

Chuck, in my limited experience with QTR and the 2200, the ink limit is very dependent on 
the dpi setting you use in the driver.  If you are using 2880 dpi, 40 could well be in the 
ballpark.  I used an inklimit of 45%, with UT-7 inks, at 2880 dpi.
