QTR-Quadtone RIP

Hi Burton,

I've seen a situation where the usb interface of the old printers can 
get into
a hung state.   It usually happens with waking up a sleeping computer.

It sounds like you've rebooted the computer but have you tried
rebooting or reseting the printer?  Hit the Reset 3 seconds.

Have you looked at the complete error log?  Any messages beside the
"printer not responding"?
