Roger, sorry to jump in here late but your exactly right about the  
TIFF compression! Do one of two things to try this theory out.

1. Save the TIFF un-compressed.

2. In the Mac you can choose PC compression, try that one.

See if either print.

The Mac has always had an easier time reading PC files but not the  
other way around!

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
