That error indicates some kind of problem with the TIFF file you are trying to print. Some things to look for: The only compression supported is LZW. The file may not be in CMYK mode. That said, you should not be getting the floating point division by zero error. Several people have reported this error, but so far no one has provided me with the image that caused it, so I have not been able to determine the source of the error. If you can supply the image, please contact me off list. -Stephen www.sbillard.org/Stephen -----Original Message----- From: QuadtoneRIP@yahoogroups.com [mailto:QuadtoneRIP@yahoogroups.com] On Behalf Of Donald Frederick Sent: Thursday, May 05, 2005 8:20 AM To: QuadtoneRIP@yahoogroups.com Subject: [QuadtoneRIP] Trouble Getting Started I just joined and downloaded QTR. After setting up and trying to print my first B&W TIFF to an epson 1280 printer I get ann error message that says "Quadtone RIP front end-Floating point division by zero" when I try to load an image. Any help to suggest what is causing or how to help would be appreciated. Don Frederick _____ Yahoo!
