QTR-Quadtone RIP

Two questions:

1. I just bought a box of Hahnemuhle Photorag Satin 310gsm instead of  
the Photorag 308 by mistake for printing with the Piezography Neutral  
K7 inks.  Should I still use the QTR - Gray Matte Paper profile or  
the QTR - Gray Photo Paper profile in the Printer Profile dialog?

2. In searching for the answer to the above question I discovered  
that I have been tagging my files with the Gamma 1.8 profile and  
should be using the Gamma 2.2 profile.  Is this correct?  And if so,  
should I convert the old 1.8 files to 2.2 before printing in the future?
