Hi Roy, Thank you very much for the detailed reply. You are right, it's not just the Landscapes, the problem affects the Potraits as well. I now have down loaded the latest version 2.4.3 The problem happens only when I feed Manual Roll (Rear) from the back, a sheet at a time. Has anyone ever encountered this before? I have since started to use standard sheet feed, and I don't have the problem anymore. Yes, the 310gm paper seems a bit thick to do it this way. I have not try the Manual Roll slot, is that the same as Manual Roll (Rear)? Another question: Is the CIS system for the R1800 easy and good to use? I used to have a CIS system set up for my Epson 1290, a little trickly to set up, but once it's up, it works well. Is that what I should expect? Thank you & looking forward to hearing from you.
