QTR-Quadtone RIP

I've been having the same problem, two computers running Win2000, XP, 
downloaded and installed latest firmware for printer (Epson 7600) and 
latest version of QTR and still the same thing happens. I notice that 
this thread was from September and stopped before any solution was 
reached so did this get resolved? I'd sure be interested in what to 
do if it did. it's a bit of a pain to have to babysit every print.
