Epson 3800 UC inks - How to use the Printer driver for MAC?

Hi, I've been using an epson R800 with NK7 inks for a while without a hitch.
Now I want to use my 3800 with UC inks, but there are no curves to select from, or papers 
profiled? Am I doing something wrong?
Please, help appreciated.
